Rescheduling, Refunds, & Cancellations

• Gift Voucher sales are final and non-refundable. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years and may be transferred but are not refundable.

• Online bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hrs prior to confirmed times without penalty, however cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals will forfeit their experience and are not entitled to a refund.

• ACES will make every attempt to fly on the booked date & time, however we reserve the right to reschedule flights without penalty or refund due to unsuitable weather conditions (including strong wind, low cloud, poor visibility, high temperature or thunderstorms) or other reasons beyond ACES's control.

• We do not offer refunds for confirmed bookings, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or misadventure), and at our discretion. In such cases, a $75.00 admin fee applies.

• Your flight is weather dependent and we cannot fly in rain or strong wind

• All weather decisions are made on the day

• Your flight will go ahead unless we contact you
